They are misrepresenting themselves and the situation on this public forum. I see daily Elisha Marie go to great measure to prevent problems and making them right when they arise. Jen is amazing!! Shes been doing my lashes for a while now and is also a very skilled waxer. Ive tried getting a Brazilian wax at multiple places but couldnt because it was too painful, but her technique made it as painless as possible!!! I definitely recommend you go to her for those services :)

Melissa did an oxygen facial with derma planing. She is very knowledgable and didn't try to pressure me to purchase products. However, I did want to after we spoke about my goals with my skin. My skin looked very glowy afterwards! I can highly recommend!

I worked with Elisha for about 2 years, and only stopped going because I moved out of the area. Leaving behind my facials with Elisha was one of the things I was most sad to leave!! I always felt like my skin was so cared for, and I also saw a lot of improvement in my skin while I worked with her. Elisha is very talented and knows what she's doing. My skin always responded well to her treatments and I always trusted Elisha and felt confident that she would choose great treatments for my skin. This is long over due! I just received an amazing service for both Spray Tan and an Anti Aging Facial from Elisha Marie. I found her to be Professional, Caring, Knowledgeable and Experienced. I will now see her exclusively for all of my Anti Aging skin care needs. If you ever need an amazing massage her massage therapist did a fabulous job. He listened and released so much of my tension in my muscles. I find it challenging to find someone I like.
She also has her own Product Line which is also Amazing and the reasonable prices are an added BONUS !

Just started using Vita Soothe serum. I've never used a serum that works as well as this one, and I tried many serums. You put the serum on your face, just one pump, and its a thick clear product. Within seconds it obsorbs into your skin and you have a beautiful glow and your face is moisturized. This serum is a winner. I love it. I will be 70 years old this year and my skin looks fabulous for my age.

I've been getting facials from Elisha for about a year now. My skin feels so much younger and I couldn't be happier. I love her products too! She explains and educates you on how to take better care of your skin and answers all your questions. She also offers custom spray tanning and eye lash extensions.

Elisha is amazing at custom spray tans. Having red hair, it is hard to find a color that doesn't make me look orange, but Elisha has a myriad of colors and types and thus found the perfect fit! I look forward to hosting my own Pretty Please party in the future!

In addition, Elisha is an expert aesthetician. First of all, the office where she works is beautiful (there are cookies, water, and oranges at the front desk!) and there is ample parking in the lot. Her treatment room is relaxing, clean, and quiet. Elisha recommended a dermal exfoliation treatment and, unlike waxing, it was not painful at all and my skin has never felt smoother. The mask I received at the end of the treatment was calming, smelled delicious, and left my skin smooth and radiant. Elisha Marie skin & body is by far one of the best spas I have gone to! She has taken years of stress and fine lines away in a Mayer of months! This place is upscale and clients are treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. I have never been up sold on any service or product. One thing I really love is their ability to make suggestions and offer a huge variety of skin services without implying you need it so I never feel taken advantage of! I am always greeted by a calm welcoming staff and it is small enough that it is completely confidential! This is a real find!

Straight up 1000% the best skin care and facials I have received in my life (I've seen tons of people for skin care)!! I suffer from adult acne and melasma and am happy to say that it's all under control thanks to Elisha! I drive 1.5 hours every 4-6 weeks to see Elisha. She analyses my skin each visit and then creates a custom treatment based on my skin's needs at the time. Best part is she does this all within my budget! Elisha has vast knowledge of skin care from years of experience but she continues to educate herself on all the latest technology for skin care as well. Elisha has a sweet and calming presence. Her treatment rooms are clean and welcoming. You can't help but relax when there.

I had a photoshoot in the Palo Alto area and I was in desperate need of a tan. I decided to try going to Elisha. It was an incredible experience with an incredible outcome. So professional and fabulous. If only she were located in Los Angeles too! I would HIGHLY recommend going to her. I know I'll be back when I have more shoots that way.

I had a european facial today for the first time in several months and Cindy did an absolutely fantastic job!! She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. Coco was was professional and spent the first little bit of the appointment talking with me about the different options and really understanding what I was wanting (full, natural look). Moreover, Coco was fun, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which made the duration of the appointment enjoyable and pass quickly; she was also respectful and quiet when I started to zone out. Bonus points for letting me grab some extra chocolates and a snack to go on the way out for the drive home ;)

If you're considering lashes, I definitely recommend this location and Coco. Additionally, if you have any questions or concerns, Elisha was extremely communicative, informative, and flexible leading up to the appointment! Beautiful work on eyelash extension by Coco. Satisfied with the natural look result. Most lashes lasted for 2 full weeks before starting to fall. One star off for there is no pillow hence my neck was sore for the entire 2 hours.

When I felt my skin later that day, it didn't feel smooth like when I've gotten facials at places in New York City. It felt like someone had just popped a bunch of pimples on my face without truly extracting all the bacteria out.

Maybe that's just my skin breaking out this time around, but then again, the next day an entire slew of pimples appeared on the right side of my chin. This indicates to me that this might have been a waste of time / made my skin worse at least in that area. Was it not steamed enough? I don't know. But I'm not impressed with this first interaction with Elisha's

I participated in a facial and tanning event Elisha hosted at her business. Not only was my facial amazing but her professionalism and care for her clients really shown through. She made sure that every one was taken care of and that all their questions regarding skin care and tanning were taken care of.

I hosted a spray tan party and it was so much fun! We all ate, drank wine and learned about skin products while tanning. A great idea for a girls night. Elisha set up shop in my bathroom and was efficient and sweet and got everyone looking good in no time. (She has a tent so none of the spray gets on your walls.) She also tinted our brows for an extra fee which everyone loved. I highly recommend this for a fun night that is a little different. I got a ton of compliments on my tan and it lasted for over a week!!

Elisha knows her stuff. Her products are amazing and she transformed my face with an awesome eyebrow tint and shape. I highly recommend her.

I have really sensitive skin, break out easily (and guilty of picking my skin) and MELASMA. She has helped repair & make my skin better! And her products are amazing- esp. for a skincare product junkie!! Definitely worth the drive from SF!

Elisha came to my rescue on Friday!! I had a couple events this weekend and last minute decided I HAD to spray tan or else I'd look ghostly in all the pictures. I saw Elisha for a dermal planing facial and Joanne for a spray tan! The atmosphere is so cozy and comfortable, and both of the ladies were very laid back, friendly, and professional. Elisha has her own line of skin care products, which are bomb! My skin looked amazing after the facial and Elisha set me up with the products I would need to keep it looking that way. Elisha was very informative as to how I could maintain my skin's condition and prevent signs of aging. I'm very self-conscious of my body, but Joanne was so supportive and respectful during my spray tan; she did an awesome job and made me feel comfortable despite my level of undress. Excellent experience, I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I have not had a good experience with tanning salons but Elisha was wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me the best tan I have ever had. It looks very natural and she uses all natural ingredients in all her products (including the spray tan) so I ended up purchasing a few items of her skin care line. I can't wait to go back for more as she is still developing her line.

Elisha is a professional who understands skin. From facials to prescribing skincare to custom spray tanning to waxing, she will listen and make suggestions within your price range. This is also a plastic surgeon's office space so if you're curious about Botox or anything, coming here for a facial peel or any skin treatment can be a less intimidating way to find out more about procedures. This office houses the best of the best from the other services to products used. Dr. Newman is the best at Botox and basically pioneered it decades ago. Your skin is the first thing anyone sees, it's important it is taken care of by the best.

Went to Elisha for my first spray tan before a vacation. She was super thorough and my tan looked great! She provided me with post care instructions and then tan last for a week and a half if not more. She knows what she's doing - I'll definitely be returning for other services, lashes, microderm etc. The location is clean, cute, and convenient as well.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Elisha! Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she has a way of making you feel comfortable from the start. She was beyond professional: she thoroughly explained how the spray tan worked, and how to maximize it's longevity. The spray formula did not stain my clothes and most importantly, I loved the way the spray tan made my skin glow and evened out my skin color. I also noticed how the tan doesn't fade workout after workout, shower after shower. Plus, she was reasonably priced. I purchased a package on the spot and am looking forward to my next visit. As for the lash service there, Joanna was perfect. Before we started, we went over a variety of lashes: the style, the look, and how to care for them. I immediately felt confident in what I chose for myself. Joanna took into account the shape of my eyes and the look I told her that I was going for. I've gotten my lashes done before at other salons and it didn't nearly look as beautiful or as natural as Joanna's expertise. Plus, Joanna spent under half the time as other technicians do with applying them! She was very thorough and professional, and not to mention, very warm and considerate. I really enjoyed meeting her and getting to relax during the service. Now I just get up in the mornings and go, no mascara, no eye makeup. It really makes such a difference! Can't wait to get my touch up!

I can't say enough good things about Elisha. I've had facials at many other highly rated places in SF and South Bay and the results I've seen from just a few months with her are hands down the best. I have seen a true improvement in my skin over the last year since seeing elisha on a regular basis! I came to Elisha by way of a Groupon deal for 2 European facials. I mistakenly arrived exactly 10 minutes late and, luckily, she was still able to take me.

The space is very relaxing and she immediately made me feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and asked me questions about my skin which helped me make decisions as to whether or not to add on a microdermabrasion. Since I haven't had a facial in a while, I opted for the microdermabrasion. The facial was great and I already have a second appointment in the books. I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep during my session.

I highly recommend Elisha and I will continue to go to her to care for my skin.

When we first met Elisha my skin was dry and blotchy. She recommended I do a series of regular facials and micro-needling sessions. Just had a facial with Elisha. She's a Palo Alto Mom and a small business. I came here because I bought a Groupon for two European Facials. Before I buy anything on Groupon, I check out their reviews first and this one had a stellar review.
Elisha was very professional. Greeted me very warmly and showed me to the treatment room. Before we began the treatment she assessed my skin and what type of cleaning would be optimal. She did mention that the standard European Facial will be okay for the state of my skin and offered a better option should I be interested in doing so. Of course, I opted for the upgrade.
My face felt very soft and clean. She was very thorough in her treatment. I've had facials in the past where the extraction was almost inexistant. That is not the case here.
I will be back for my second facial and most likely will be opting for the upgrade again.

I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She shapes and colors them perfectly. I had my eyelashes tinted this time around and I love it. I'm a busy mother of twins, I don't have time to put on make up and now I don't need to.

This is long over due! I just received an amazing service for both Spray Tan and an Anti Aging Facial from Elisha Marie. I found her to be Professional, Caring, Knowledgeable and Experienced. I will now see her exclusively for all of my Anti Aging skin care needs. If you ever need an amazing massage her massage therapist did a fabulous job. He listened and released so much of my tension in my muscles. I find it challenging to find someone I like.
She also has her own Product Line which is also Amazing and the reasonable prices are an added BONUS !
